A residual-current device or RCD is a device that disconnects a circuit whenever it detects that the electric current flowing through a circuit is not balanced between the live conductors and the neutral conductors. Perfect for Electrical Tools, Machine Cutters, Computers or Laptops, Gardening Equipment or House hold appliances such as kettles.
The RCD will not protect against electric shock due to contact with both conductirs
For use in temperature range between 25oC to 40 oC. the maximum value of the mean daily temperature is 35oC
Altitude. Not exceeding 2000m
Maximum load is 3250W
Max Current: 13amps
Rated trip current
An RCD provides additional protection against the risk of electrocution. Do not use your RCD as a substitute for taking normal precautions when using mains operated equipment. Always unplug from the mains when not in use
