1. About these terms
- 1.1This promotion is run by Kenable Ltd, Sandwash Close, Rainford, St Helens WA11 8LY. Registered in Great Britain, company number 04530929.
- 1.2Kenable Day is Wednesday 23 September 2026. All dates and times on this page are UK time.
- 1.3These terms cover the Kenable Day sale, the VIP Club code and the trade code. Everything else about your order, such as payment, delivery and warranty, is covered by our standard terms and conditions. If the two say different things about this promotion, these terms apply.
- 1.4By using a Kenable Day price or code you agree to these terms.
- 1.5Kenable Day prices and codes apply only to orders placed and paid for on our website. They don't apply to purchase orders, or to orders placed by phone or email.
2. The Kenable Day sale: up to 70% off
- 2.1Around 250 selected products are reduced for Kenable Day. 70% is the largest reduction. Savings vary from product to product.
- 2.2Sale prices start at 19:00 on Tuesday 22 September 2026 and end at 23:59 on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
- 2.3You don't need a code. Sale products are listed in Prices Drop and show their reduced price.
- 2.4Sale prices are open to everyone, while stocks last.
- 2.5Kenable Day codes can't be used on products in the sale.
3. The VIP Club code: 20% off, for VIP Club members
- 3.1Joining the VIP Club is free. Enter your email address on the Kenable Day page and we'll email your code, usually within a few minutes.
- 3.2The code takes 20% off products that are not in the Kenable Day sale.
- 3.3The code works from 00:00 to 23:59 on Wednesday 23 September 2026. If you join before then you'll receive your code early, but it will only work on the day.
- 3.4The VIP Club code is for retail customers. It can't be used on a trade account or on trade prices.
- 3.5When you join the VIP Club you agree to receive marketing emails from Kenable. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our privacy policy.
4. The trade code: 10% off, for trade account holders
- 4.1The trade code is for existing Kenable trade account holders only. Opening a new trade account does not qualify you for it.
- 4.2We'll email the code to existing trade account holders on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
- 4.3The code takes 10% off your trade prices, on products that are not in the Kenable Day sale. Sign in to your trade account before you order so that your trade prices apply.
- 4.4The code works from 00:00 to 23:59 on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
- 4.5The trade code is the only Kenable Day code that can be used on a trade account.
5. Using either code
- 5.1Enter your code at the basket or checkout before you pay.
- 5.2Each code can be used on up to three orders per customer.
- 5.3There is no minimum spend.
- 5.4Only one code can be used on an order. A Kenable Day code can't be combined with any other code or voucher.
- 5.5The discount comes off the price of the products. It does not come off delivery charges.
- 5.6Codes can't be used on products in the Kenable Day sale.
6. Stock
- 6.1Every Kenable Day offer is available while stocks last.
7. Returns and refunds
- 7.1This promotion doesn't change your rights to cancel or return an order. If you return a product, we refund the amount you paid for it.
- 7.2Kenable Day prices and codes don't apply to orders placed before the promotion started, and we don't refund the difference on those orders.
- 7.3We may decline an order, or cancel it before dispatch, if we reasonably believe it replaces an order that was returned to get a Kenable Day price or code. If we do, we refund anything you've paid for the new order.
8. Changes to this promotion
- 8.1We may change or withdraw this promotion at any time, for example if stock runs out or there is a technical problem. This won't affect orders we have already accepted.
9. Law
- 9.1These terms are governed by the laws of England, in the same way as our standard terms and conditions.
