The USB3C-DVI-COMBO allows you to connect a USB device a monitor with DVI port to a computer with a USB-C port (Macbook Chromebook etc..) It also allows the host computer to gain access to a network. The USB-C female port can charge for the host computer while the adapter is in use.
So what is PD function? USB Power Delivery is a charging technology. It uses USB-C cables and connectors to deliver higher levels of power to your devices. This has two benefits the 1st is faster charging and the 2nd is more power for larger devices.
