This product extends USB 2.0 signal between Transmitter and Receiver over twisted pair CAT5e or Cat6 cable. It supports USB 2.0 signals up to 50Mtr and does not require any power. It can be used as a direct link or through a patch panel provided the maximum length of 50Mtr is observed not for use through a switch. The transmitter and receiver have short fly leads on each the receiver being female USB so if being used as a link for projector or printer a short male to male lead will be required for the final connection.
