The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all items ordered are in stock. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.) We will endeavour to send out all orders received upto 3pm but this is dependant on workload.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier´s control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
If any product ordered is out of stock, we will inform you and let you decide how to proceed.
Any date stated for stock arriving is only approximate and can not be guarenteed.
All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
You have the choice of delivery - Royal Mail, Courier or pickup. Please note the following:
- Royal Mail will deliver to any permanently occupied home, premises or approved delivery point in the UK, including Northern Ireland.
- Our Courier will only deliver to mainland England and Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands. Excluded postcodes include: AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-IV32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44,PH49-50, BT, HS, KA27-28, PA20, ZE, IM, GY, JE, PA34, Isle of Scully, Isle of Muck, Isle of Raasay, Northern Ireland, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scily, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland but there may be others.
- Our Courier is not a Guarenteed Next Day Service. The aim to deliver next day and do so most times, but they do not guarentee it.
If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier , the Supplier may:
- store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
- sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
For Our Courier deliveries, their policy is to try to deliver twice. They may try to leave with a neighbour if possible. If you do not want this specify it on the delivery page. Otherwise, you must pick the item up from your local Our Courier branch. You also have the option of paying for a third redelivery, which is normally £3.49+vat, but may vary on size. After 5 days, if not picked up, the item will be sent back to us at cost, which may be passed on to the purchaser.
For Royal Mail deliveries, their policy is to call once. After this, you must pick up the item from the local sorting office.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment provider for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the Supplier. Should you fail to return the goods, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the Supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please email customerservices@kenable.co.uk.
1. Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Goods ordered may only be returned within the first 7 working days for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:
- Goods returned must be received in as new condition with all software and product seals intact
- Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete (see 1.1)
- The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged
- All returns must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form included with the returned product
- Carriage costs for despatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility
- The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us
- All goods must be returned within 7 days the RMA date of issue
1.1 If the upon receipt the returned Goods fail to meet the above conditions then the Supplier may refuse to accept the Goods or charge a restocking fee (£20 or 20% whichever is greater).
2. Faulty Products If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact technical support for assistance (use Support button at top of page). If your problem can’t be resolved by telephone or email the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:

Faults under warranty If the item develops a fault within the manufacturers warranty period you can either return the item to the manufacturer or kenable, though in most cases it is speedier to return the item to the manufacturer directly. Some items can only be returned to manufacturer directly. In returning the item to kenable the following conditions must be met:
- All returned Goods must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form included with the returned product
- Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product)
- The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us
4. Other returns If we have asked you to return the goods and we have stated that we will pay for you returning the goods (e.g. when incorrect goods have been sent out):
- All returned Goods must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form included with the returned product(s)
- Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product)
- We will only pay a reasonable cost, upto a maximum of the original cost that you paid for postage to dispatch the order
- The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us
